  • Set strategic vision and direct its implementation
  • Director the performance management system, reward and remuneration policies to attract, retain and motivate employees
  • Identify training needs, design and organize a comprehensive training programme for staff
  • Provide leadership on human resource issues
  • Monitor standards and design guides and manuals
