The Division rationalizes the organizational structure and human resource needs of the Trust, to achieve efficiency and productivity. In this regard, the Divsion coordinates with various divisions and departments for regular staff appraisals and job evaluation.
The Division also coordinates training and development policy and planning. It ensures that the Trust complies with labour and industrial relation laws and advises management on pay structure and good working conditions.
It provides general services to all the other divisions and departments to ensure the smooth running of the organization. These services include the procurement of goods and services in conformity with general acceptable procurement guidelines
