A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE ESTABLISHED

Additional Information: Each year, NASSIT surveys members and customers to gauge the level of satisfaction with the services we provide at the Customer Service Centre. The approach used is to measure how NASSIT is performing on relevant customer service attributes and to measure how important these attributes are. The feedback, suggestions and comments assist us to identify areas for, and implement, improvements. NASSIT APPRECIATES YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING
The National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) is introducing a Customer Service Centre to provide a seamless ‘’one stop shop’’ for our esteemed members and the general public regarding services provided by NASSIT or seeking general information on our services. This will be your first point of contact where we meet, greet and direct members and visitors to officers as requested. Services we provide at the customer service centre include: · Customer services: general enquiries (including enquiries about social security cards, social security statements, benefit application forms, benefit claims, visitor greeting and directing, general information about the scheme) · Social security benefits cheques · Customer feedback Values: The core values of the centre are to be a solution provider: being reliable, caring, prompt, and helpful with a human touch to all our members and the general public. Location: Ground Floor NDB Building Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown.
Hours Available: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
