General Person's Specification
In general, for all positions advertised, we are looking for people with strong analytical capabilities who are ready to put their skills to work in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of pension policy. Applicants will therefore, need to demonstrate a good knowledge and application of social security, a drive for results and a willingness to learn and improve. Applicants will also need to show that they can build productive relationships as well as demonstrate the ability to think strategically and communicate with impact. Additionally, sound understanding of the principles of customer service, together with well developed IT skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure will underpin one’s success in these roles. Relevant experience in the specific areas advertised is also desirable.
