Joseph Mans Jr.

Head, Admin and Human Resource

Mr. Joseph S. Mans JR is currently the Head of Admin and Human Resource,  he joined the NASSIT team with seventeen years of experience in the areas of Administration and Human Resource Management.

This department rationalizes the organizational structure and the human resource needs of the Trust, to achieve efficiency and productivity. In this regard, the department coordinates with various departments for regular staff appraisals and job evaluation.

The department also coordinates training and development policy and planning. It ensures that the Trust complies with Labour and Industrial Relations laws and advises management on pay structure and good working conditions.

It provides general services to all the other departments to ensure the smooth running of the organization. These services include the procurement of goods and services in conformity with generally acceptable procurement guidelines.
