Mr. Peters John
is
currently the Head of Accounts Departments in the Admin and Finance
Division.
The Accounts
Department is responsible for the preparation of timely reports for
Management and the Board of Trustees. Some of these reports include
the annual budget, the annual financial statement of accounts, periodic
financial accounts and quarterly budgetary performance reports.
The department is also
responsible for the preparation of the monthly payroll. It ensures that
all financial transactions of the Trust are recorded and accounted for. As
a result, reconciliation of all relevant accounts with other departments,
area offices, banks and external organizations are maintained.
The
Accounts Department coordinates the payment to all creditors for goods and
services requested and acquired by the Trust. |
